More or less born in the tavern, with an Italian father and the restaurant life ever present, my interest in flavors, people and experiences was awakened early. That curiosity has followed me through life and taken me to new places, people and food cultures – from London to Mexico and beyond.

If food, drink and service were my first love, the forest and nature became my next. Through foraging I discovered a whole new world of flavors and ingredients that are right around us . I am out all year round picking herbs, flowers and berries that I then process and bring with me into my world of food and drink.

Today I help bars, hotels, restaurants and brands develop beverage concepts, menus, workflows and guest experiences. I also conduct workshops and training for companies, schools and individuals in the field of beverages, taste and natural ingredients.

For me, creativity and experience meet in the details – from the taste in the glass to the feeling of the whole experience. I am inspired by flavors, colors, people and places and by creating something that feels right there and then.

My common thread is a sense of place, creativity and nature as inspiration.
